Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for size, fit, or change of mind. 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@plazashadow.com with:

– Your order number

– Photos clearly showing the defect

– A brief description of the issue

If approved, you will receive return instructions. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Once received, the item will be inspected to confirm the defect. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

– Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use

Damage caused after delivery

Items returned outside of the approved return window

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, PLAZA / Shadow Records Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

– Checking with neighbours or your delivery location

Contacting your local carrier branch

Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact shop@plazashadow.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you on a resolution.
